Welcome to a defining moment for the Guild of Working Designers. As our community evolves, it's time to redefine our core values and purpose. That's why we're launching a series of workshops. This initiative isn't just about refreshing our approach; it's an invitation for every member to help shape the future of our design community.

• Commitment: Attend four workshops, actively share ideas and insights + the opportunity to take a more active role in 2024 (not a must, but definitively an invitation!).

About the Workshops:

Workshop 1: Collective Dreaming - April 24, 2024 (19:00-20:00 CEST)

Our journey begins with a creative session at our April meetup open to all designers. This fun and interactive session will allow us to delve into our true desires as designers and set the stage for our community refresh.

Starting in May, we'll dive deeper into the core elements of our community through three more workshops, each focusing on a specific aspect:

Workshop 2: Purpose & Participants - May 1, 2024 (18:00-19:30 CEST)

Define why our community exists and its significance to us and the larger design community.

Workshop 3: Principles & Structure - May 6, 2024 (18:00-19:30 CEST)

Establish the guiding principles to shape our ethical conduct and decision-making and develop an inclusive framework for participation and governance.

Workshop 4: Practices - May 30, 2024 (18:00-19:30 CEST)
